Sign-up for TILT and you are on your way to being on the camp team! Along with enjoying many of the activities you’ve grown to love at Triple-R, you’ll help in various areas of camp like the Trading Post and the kitchen or with the landscaping. You’ll get a first hand look at how camp operates and have the opportunity to impact the quality of our camp through your service. Team Leaders (counselors) will be with you along the way as you participate in workshops focused on a Biblical worldview and servant leadership. Our goal is to provide a fun environment, encourage a team spirit and expose you to opportunities to serve others.

TILT is for teens ages 14 -17 who want to go deeper in their relationship with God and desire to live a life committed to Him. The lessons learned in our workshops will be immediately applied to life in practical service both on camp and off. TILT participants will assist in various areas around camp at Triple R but will also have the opportunity to be involved off-site during the week, reaching out through service projects in our community.

TILT participants will stay on camp at Triple-R Ranch. Meals will largely be on camp with an occasional meal off-site.

TILT participants will enjoy various activities at Triple R including the low and high ropes course and a canoe trip. During the evening you’ll join the Junior Staff for games, firesides, and Bible studies.

Staff
Triple-R begins recruiting summer staff in January. We visit more than a dozen Christian colleges and universities throughout the eastern half of the US. Full references are required of each applicant as well as a thorough application detailing Christian commitment and why he or she wishes to work with children. We seek to hire only the highest quality summer staff.
